R&B singer, Larie was caught setting Adams Morgan on fire with his unbelievable vocal talents.  Larie describes his music as: good old R&B with a poetic twist. The audiences responded very well to his rich and stylish vocals, but most of them may not know that  although living and performing here in the DC metro area, Larie is originally from Richmond, VA. In two years he expects to be excepting an award at the grammy's. You may see that as unrealistic but Larie says he is "you can't tell me that won't happen".  When asked who he respected in the business, Larie quickly gave big respect to his father who was a gospel music director (kicked out of the church for playing Parliament Funkadelic), Danny Hathaway, and Barry White. Larie feels bad that he did not get to meet Barry before he died. "Performing to me is like a head rush", said Larie. And we believe you will be seeing more of  Larie in the future.
